Buyers Basics:

It is against the rules for you to provide direct payments to Sellers through the use of payment methods that are not part of the Affihubs platform.

Buyers may put in a request for a certain type of service. The services that are being requested on Affihubs ought to be ones that are permitted on Affihubs.

Affihubs does not manage or guarantee shipping, tracking, quality, or condition of things or their delivery. Affihubs shall not be responsible or accountable for any damages or other difficulties that come from shipment.

Having a tracking number is a fantastic tool for warding off disagreements over the shipment process. When it comes to the delivery of your good and services, we request that you input the tracking number into the Order Page if it is accessible.

In the case that the service is carried out on the premises of the Buyers, the Buyers are strongly recommended to obtain appropriate insurance coverage to cover any potential responsibility they may face in their capacity as the owner of the premises. The Terms of Service that Affihubs provides will continue to apply to Orders even if they are fulfilled in a setting other than the marketplace.

Before making any payments to the seller, you must first make sure that the products or services have been inspected and verified by you. We will NOT be responsible for any losses that you might sustain as a result of dealings with third parties. When making purchases from third parties, a very high level of caution is required.

 


Filling Claim Against Vendor

If you are having trouble with a purchase after using the on-site checkout option, your first step should be to contact the seller. The seller has two full days (not counting weekends and holidays) to respond to you and make an effort to resolve the problem.

After payment has been made, you have up to seven days to get in touch with the seller. You have given the seller one day, or twenty-four hours, to respond to you and make an effort to resolve the problem.

If after two business days a seller or individual seller has not responded to your issue or resolved it, you can submit a claim for our review on the third business day. This applies only to customers who have used on-site checkout.

When you submit a claim, you are required to respond to the questions that are posed and to include specifics about your problem within the form. We will review your claim, including any messages that you and the seller may have sent to each other, as well as any supporting documentation that was provided by both the buyer and the seller.  Claims Denied

Your insurance claim may be rejected in accordance with the terms of this policy for the following reasons:


(a) The product that you received was identical to what the retailer had described in your purchase.

(b) A case of buyer's remorse led to the filing of the claim.

(c) The merchandise was obtained, and the vendor confirmed that the delivery of the product had taken place.

(d) You filed a dispute regarding the purchase with the financial institution that is responsible for issuing your credit or debit card.

(e) You don't want it after you've downloaded it.

(f) The item did not meet your expectations or you feel the item is of low quality.

(g) You simply change your mind.

(h) You bought an item by mistake.

(i) You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item.

(j) Affihubs did not receive the required amount of evidence to support your claim, and you did not submit it.


False Claims

We reserve the right to disable your ability to process payments or take any other action we deem necessary regarding your account if you make false allegations about purchases that you made on Affihubs.


Subscription:

All payments made for Affihubs subscriptions such as Star, Hot, Ultima, and VIP, are final and cannot be refunded. In the event that you terminate your membership subscription, any and all membership features that you have access to will be removed at the conclusion of your current billing cycle.


Payment Gateways

You acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and are in agreement with our refund policy before subscribing to our services and that you will not file a fraudulent dispute with any payment processor, including but not limited to FLUTTERWAVE, DPOGROUP, BANK TRANSFERS & CREDIT CARD, or any other payment processor we may use.

We reserve the right, should it become necessary to do so, to terminate your account and/or permanently ban your IP address in the event that you make a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute.

Because Affihubs offers an irrevocable subscription, you acknowledge and accept that once the membership subscription is purchased, you will not be able to cancel, pause, or reverse any actions that have already been started until the end of your current billing cycle. When you purchase a membership subscription plan from Affihubs, you acknowledge that you are aware that this choice is irreversible and that you will not be able to hold them in reserve.

All payments made through Flutterwave, DPOGROUP, Bank Transfers, and credit cards are non-refundable, and membership subscriptions can only be used on the Affihubs platform.

We may reserve the right to refuse to process Automatic Payments for any user pending the completion of a manual verification process.
